Subscription and Cancellation Policy

How it works

When you subscribe, you authorize ASCND Labs LLC (Next Move) to charge your payment method each cycle, at the frequency you chose, until you cancel. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.

Pricing

  • 20% off your first order, then 5% off every renewal, unless otherwise stated.
  • Your first-order price and your renewal price are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.
  • Renewal orders ship free within the United States. Shipping on your first order is shown at checkout.
  • Free gifts are included with qualifying first orders only, not renewals.
  • If we change your price or discount, we will email you at least 15 days before your next charge.

Reminders and billing

We email you 5 days before each renewal. Charges are processed at about 10:00 AM Eastern on the renewal date.

Manage your subscription anytime

At profile.shopnextmove.com you can skip your next order, pause, change your delivery frequency, or cancel. No call or email is required. Changes made before the billing date apply to your next order.

  • Next Move Breath Spray subscriptions: you can swap any bottle for a different flavor of the same size, and you keep your discounts when you swap.
  • Discovery Set subscriptions: the contents are fixed (all five flavors) and cannot be swapped.
  • Quantity and pack size cannot be changed in an existing subscription. To order a different amount, start a new subscription or email support@shopnextmove.com.

Cancelling

Cancel before your billing date to avoid the next charge. If you cancel after being charged but before we begin fulfilling the order, cancel the order at profile.shopnextmove.com for a refund. After an order ships, see our Refund policy, including the renewal safety net.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we email you and retry up to 4 times about 4 days apart. If every attempt fails, your subscription is cancelled. You can start a new subscription at any time.

Out of stock

If an item is unavailable, we skip that renewal and email you.
