Subscription, Pre-Order & Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or limited-availability purchase. This policy explains how those orders work and how cancellations are handled.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription from Next Move, you are signing up for recurring deliveries based on the product(s), quantity, and delivery frequency you select at checkout.
How subscriptions work

Subscriptions automatically renew at the selected delivery interval (e.g. monthly or every 2 weeks).

Your payment method will be securely stored and charged before each scheduled shipment.

You will receive order confirmations and reminders before each shipment.

Managing or canceling your subscription

After the minimum two orders have been fulfilled, you may:

Subscription changes must be made before the next billing date to apply to the upcoming order.

You can manage your subscription at any time using the link in your order confirmation email or by logging into your account.
Important note
Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is not yet available or currently out of stock.

Payment may be collected at checkout or closer to the fulfillment date.

You may cancel a pre-order any time before it has shipped for a full refund.

Once a pre-order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Refunds are subject to our Returns Policy.
Try Before You Buy
If we offer a “try before you buy” promotion:

Your payment method will be authorized at checkout.

You will have a defined evaluation period to decide whether to keep the item.

If the item is not returned within that period, your payment method will be charged in full.
