Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email once it ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Options

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
  • We may offer free shipping promotions (details shown at checkout).
  • Expedited options may be available at an additional cost.

3. Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

4. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your order’s progress.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Next Move (ASCND) is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery.
  • If your package is damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll make it right.
  • For missing packages, please first check with the carrier using your tracking info. If still unresolved, email us for assistance.
