Shipping policy

We are committed to getting your order to you quickly and reliably.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
    Preorder items ship within the window shown on their product page and at checkout (for example, the Founders Box ships November 2-6).
  • If your order mixes preorder and in-stock items, the in-stock items ship on our normal timeline and the preorder ships separately, with its own tracking email.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email once it ships.

2. Shipping Rates and Options

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
  • Free shipping promotions may apply (details shown at checkout).
  • Expedited options may be available at an additional cost.

3. Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 4-7 business days.
  • Delivery estimates start once your order ships, not when it is placed.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs or holidays.

4. Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout where required by applicable state law. The amount depends on your shipping address.

5. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.
  • We do not currently ship internationally.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your order in real time.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Next Move (ASCND Labs LLC) is not responsible for packages that the carrier confirms were delivered to the address on your order. If tracking shows an order lost in transit, we will resend it or refund it.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@shopnextmove.com with photos and we will make it right. See our Refund policy.

For missing packages, check your tracking information and confirm with the carrier first. If still unresolved, email us for assistance.
