Next Move VIP Creator Showdown – Official Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in the Next Move VIP Creator Showdown. This document outlines the official terms and conditions for this promotional event.

Campaign Overview

This is a performance-based leaderboard campaign for TikTok Shop affiliates, run through the Euka Creator App in conjunction with the Next Move Discord community. Leaderboard ranking is determined by total number of eligible posts (posting volume) published on eligible content during the Campaign Period. Receiving the cash prize tied to a given leaderboard position additionally requires meeting the minimum net GMV threshold for that position — see "Minimum GMV to Receive a Cash Prize" below. At the end of the campaign, the top 10 creators on the leaderboard may receive cash bonuses, and the top 3 will be invited to the Next Move VIP program.

Prize Structure

  • 🥇 1st Place — $10,000 Cash + VIP (requires minimum $100,000 net GMV)
  • 🥈 2nd Place — $4,000 Cash + VIP (requires minimum $40,000 net GMV)
  • 🥉 3rd Place — $750 Cash + VIP (requires minimum $2,500 net GMV)
  • 4th Place — $500 Cash (requires minimum $10 net GMV)
  • 5th & 6th Place — $350 Cash Each (requires minimum $10 net GMV)
  • 7th–10th Place — $200 Cash Each (requires minimum $10 net GMV)

All affiliates continue to earn the standard 20% commission on organic TikTok Shop sales and 10% commission on Shop Ads throughout the campaign, per the existing affiliate program terms.

Prizes are awarded based on final leaderboard rankings at the conclusion of the campaign, subject to the minimum GMV requirements below and the eligibility and compliance review described below. Next Move reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.

Minimum GMV to Receive a Cash Prize

Leaderboard position is determined by posting volume, but each position carries a minimum net GMV requirement (listed above) that must also be met for the associated cash prize to be paid out.

If a creator holds a top-10 leaderboard position by posting volume but does not meet the minimum net GMV required for that position, the following applies: that creator forfeits the cash prize associated with the position they did not qualify for.

Next Move may, at its sole discretion, either (a) leave that prize unawarded, or (b) award it to the next-highest-ranked creator (by posting volume) who does meet the applicable minimum GMV threshold. This determination is final and at Next Move's sole discretion.

VIP Program Invitation (Top 3 Only)

Top 3 finishers who meet the applicable minimum GMV requirement will be contacted directly in Discord/Euka after the campaign ends with onboarding details for the Next Move VIP program, which includes higher ongoing commissions, Trybe access, 1-on-1 calls with founders, and other benefits. VIP program eligibility is contingent on final leaderboard confirmation, meeting the applicable minimum GMV threshold, and passing the compliance review outlined below. VIP program benefits, terms, and commission rates are governed separately from this campaign, are ongoing (not limited to the campaign period), and may be modified or revoked under the separate VIP program terms.

Eligibility Requirements

To participate, you must:

  • Have a valid TikTok Shop affiliate account
  • Have a Euka Creator App account, and have applied to and been accepted into this contest through Euka
  • Be an active member of the Next Move Discord community: https://www.shopnextmove.com/discord
  • Comply with all guidelines outlined in our creator briefs or the #brand-playbook Discord channel — content that does not comply will not be counted toward posting volume, GMV totals, or the campaign
  • Comply with all campaign terms outlined below

Important Campaign Terms

Campaign Period: September 12 – October 12, 2026 (11:59 PM PT). Only posts published and sales generated during this window will count.

TikTok Shop Only: This campaign applies exclusively to TikTok Shop content and sales.

One Account Per Creator: Each creator is eligible to be counted as one account only for purposes of this campaign. Posts and GMV are never combined or added up across multiple accounts, whether or not Next Move is notified of their existence. If a creator operates more than one TikTok Shop affiliate account, only the single account with the higher leaderboard-qualifying activity during the campaign period will be counted; all other accounts belonging to that creator are excluded from the campaign entirely. Next Move reserves the right to identify and consolidate accounts believed to be operated by the same individual at its sole discretion, and may request supporting information to verify account ownership.

Post Count Definition: Only eligible posts (see below) count toward leaderboard ranking. Leaderboard tracking shown in Euka or Discord during the campaign is an estimate only; official standings and winners are determined by Next Move at the conclusion of the campaign.

GMV Definition: Net GMV (after refunds, returns, and cancellations) is used to determine whether a creator meets the minimum GMV requirement for their leaderboard position.

Eligible Products: All Next Move products available on the Next Move TikTok Shop are eligible for this contest.

Eligible Posts: Posts must:

  • Comply with all #brand-playbook guidelines
  • Meaningfully demonstrate and use the tagged/required product — a product that is tagged but not shown, used, or demonstrated does not qualify
  • Contain only accurate, approved claims — no exaggerated, misleading, or off-brand claims

Low-quality or non-compliant content will be excluded from post-count and GMV calculations at Next Move's discretion.

Final Determination: Next Move reserves sole discretion in determining final post counts, GMV totals, content eligibility, leaderboard placements, and prize/VIP eligibility.

Campaign Rules

  • All posts and sales must be generated through your unique TikTok Shop affiliate account(s).
  • Artificial inflation of posting volume or sales — including self-purchases, fraud, bots, fake or duplicate posts, or any other manipulation — is strictly prohibited.
  • Creator-initiated boosting or promotion (paid boosts, promoted traffic, or other self-initiated methods to inflate views or engagement on contest submissions) is strictly prohibited.
  • Fraudulent purchase or return behavior — including creator self-purchases, intentional post-hoc returns, or refund abuse tied to contest participation — is strictly prohibited.
  • Content must comply with TikTok's community guidelines, FTC disclosure requirements, and the #brand-playbook.
  • Only Next Move products qualify.
  • Next Move may request supporting data (e.g., screenshots, order details) at any time to verify post counts, GMV, video eligibility, account ownership, or compliance.
  • Next Move reserves the right to disqualify any participant, withhold or claw back a prize or VIP invitation — including after results are announced — if fraud, manipulation, multi-account abuse, boosting, or a rules violation is discovered.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash-substitution value except as determined by Next Move.
  • Only one prize per person or entity, regardless of the number of accounts operated.
  • Next Move employees, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
  • Void where prohibited by law.
  • Violation of any rule may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any earned prize or VIP invitation.

Payment Terms

  • Standard TikTok commissions continue to be paid through TikTok Shop per normal payout schedules.
  • Cash bonuses are anticipated to be distributed on or around October 25, 2026, pending verification of eligibility and compliance. This date is provided by the contest platform and is subject to change.
  • This campaign runs through Euka, which handles payout collection natively.
  • Affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes. Next Move may require a completed W-9 (U.S.) or equivalent tax form before releasing payment, particularly for bonuses at or above applicable reporting thresholds.

Modifications

Next Move reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate this campaign, or adjust the prize structure, at any time and for any reason, including technical issues, platform outages, or suspected fraud. Updates will be communicated via Discord, Euka, or email. Next Move is not responsible for technical failures, data discrepancies, or outages originating from TikTok Shop, Euka, or other third-party platforms.

Limitation of Liability

Participation in this campaign is voluntary. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Move is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this campaign.
