Thank you for your interest in the Next Move TikTok Shop Cash Bonus Leaderboard Campaign. This document outlines the official terms and conditions for this promotional event.

Campaign Overview

This is a performance-based leaderboard campaign for TikTok Shop affiliates. Creators earn points based on:

• 1 point for every $20 in net GMV generated
• 1 point per eligible video posted
• 1 point for every 30 mins promoting Next Move on TikTok Live

At the end of the campaign period, the top 5 creators on the leaderboard will receive cash bonuses.

Prize Structure

🥇 1st Place – $1,500 Cash
🥈 2nd Place – $750 Cash
🥉 3rd Place – $450 Cash
4th & 5th Place – $150 Cash Each

Plus 20% commission on all organic TikTok Shop sales and 10% on Shop Ads during the campaign.

Prizes are awarded based solely on final leaderboard rankings at the conclusion of the campaign.

To participate, you must:

• Have a valid TikTok Shop affiliate account

• Comply with all campaign terms outlined below

Important Campaign Terms

Campaign Period: May 5 – June 5, 2026 (11:59 PM PST)
Only sales generated during this window will count.

TikTok Shop Only:
This campaign applies exclusively to TikTok Shop sales.

Multiple Accounts Rule:
GMV across multiple accounts will be combined if all accounts are owned and operated by the same creator. You must notify the Next Move team of multiple accounts before the end of the campaign.

GMV Definition:
Net GMV (after refunds, returns, and cancellations) will be used for final calculations.

Eligible Videos:
Videos must:

• Be top or middle of funnel
• Be at least 20 seconds long
• Have a clear hook and CTA

Low-quality content may be disqualified at our discretion.

Final Determination:
Next Move reserves sole discretion in determining final GMV totals, eligible video counts, and leaderboard placements.

Campaign Rules

• All sales must be generated through your unique TikTok Shop affiliate account(s)
• Artificial inflation of sales (self-purchases, fraud, or manipulation) is strictly prohibited
• Content must comply with TikTok’s community guidelines and FTC disclosure requirements
• Only Next Move products qualify

Violation of rules may result in disqualification.

Payment Terms

• Standard TikTok commissions are paid through TikTok Shop
• Cash bonuses will be distributed within 15 days of campaign completion
• Affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes

Content Usage

By participating in this campaign and accepting rewards, you grant Next Move usage rights to repost and use your content across Meta platforms (including ads).

If you do not wish to grant usage rights, please contact us before participating.

Modifications

Next Move reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this campaign at any time if necessary. Updates will be communicated via Discord or email.
