This giveaway is sponsored by ASCND Labs LLC d/b/a Next Move ("Sponsor"), based in New York, NY. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of ASCND Labs LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway begins July 23, 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM ET on August 5, 2026. Entries submitted after the closing date/time will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete ALL of the following steps during the Entry Period:

1. Subscribe to the Sponsor's YouTube channel at youtube.com/@shopnextmove
2. Follow the Sponsor's TikTok account at tiktok.com/@trynextmove
3. Follow the Sponsor's Instagram account at instagram.com/trynextmove
4. Comment to tag at least one (1) friend on the Sponsor's designated giveaway TikTok post

Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate comments will not count as additional entries. All four steps must be completed to constitute a valid entry.

5. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on or around August 6, 2026. The random selection will be conducted using a verifiable randomization tool. Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received.

6. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize consisting of:

• $500 USD cash (delivered via PayPal or Zelle at Sponsor's discretion)
• Twenty-four (24) bottles of Next Move breath spray (approximate retail value: $600)
• One (1) Next Move branded hat (approximate retail value: $30)

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,130. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize is non-negotiable and non-transferable.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform through which they entered and/or announced publicly on Next Move's social media on or around August 6, 2026. The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification and confirm completion of all entry steps (follows + subscribe) before the prize is awarded. Failure to respond within 48 hours will result in forfeiture and a new winner will be selected.

8. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time for any reason. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
